2. Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our cold-pressed juices, we are unable to offer refunds on any orders once placed. We'll be happy to work with you to find a solution, such as replacing any damaged or incorrect items.

3. Order Accuracy

We strive for accuracy in processing your order. However, in the unlikely event of an error, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a replacement or store credit.

4. Delivery

We offer delivery within Palava for free if order value is above Rs 150. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. You can find more information about our delivery zones and estimated times on our website.

5. Cancellations

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed due to the perishable nature of our products.
